Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
Out of stock item will are not be allowed to be added to your shopping cart or will be hidden. We do offer a a waiting list option. The waiting list option is on a first come first serve bases. If an item is sold out due to a prior waiting list request, we will contact you.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Shipping Policy  by 

Shipping Time --

Most orders received BEFORE 1:00PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.
Most orders received AFTER 1:00 PM EST week days will ship the next business day. 

Saturday orders received before 9:00AM EST will ship the same day. 
Saturday orders receive after 9:00AM EST will ship the next Post Office open day.

Orders received on a Holiday will ship the next Post Office open day.

Orders are not shipped on Sunday or Holidays.

Orders requiring answers will not be shipped until answers are received.

We ship via the USPS and  we offer UPS.
UPS orders received before 2:00PM EST will ship the same day.
UPS orders received after 2:00PM EST will ship the next day.
 
Orders requesting 2nd day air must be placed by 2:00 PM EST. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Vaping Xtreme or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

 
Shipping Errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
 
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items by the shipping company.
Shipping insurance is offered on all orders during checkout.
If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please add it to your cart.
By choosing NOT to insure your package, you understand that this store is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to the package or its contents incurred during shipping.
Vaping Xtreme ships all orders within 24 hours of receipt. (pending orders have no problems).
Vaping Xtreme is NOT responsible for carrier delays.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Warranty and Returns  by 
Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products regardless of whether they have been used or not. Please choose carefully. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us using our contact form or calling us before placing an order.

E-liquids are considered a consumable and taste subjective making them:
non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
 
Warranty Policy
Please contact us before assuming an item is defective, you may find your product is not defective. 
Our products may require maintenance or minor adjustments.
This does not mean that the product is defective.
Cross shipping is not allowed. Items must be returned and inspected for damage or misuse before a warrantied item will be replaced and shipped.
 
15-Day Warranty, DOA and Wrong Item Claims

Please contact our sales team through our contact system with a full and detailed description of the problem along with your order number (by the allotted time listed below). Your order number can be found on the upper right corner of your receipt. If the issue cannot be resolved by email, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back for replacement along with a return authorization (RMA) number. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item is shipped back to us and determined it is a defective product. "Dead on Arrival" (DOA)/Defective Items and "Wrong Item" claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the delivery time. "15-day Warranty" claims must be reported to us within 15 days from the delivery date. 
Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your return authorization (RMA) number. We will only replace defective items with new working items of the same model if available or a comparable item of the same price. Different colors of the same model is considered to be the same model.

Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacements to the customer. Shipping cost incurred are non refundable. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS first class. We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us.

15-Day Warranty
Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order; especially when ordering in bulk. Please notify us immediately if an item is DOA/defective.
All Products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 15-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. The 15-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was put to use. 
Items not covered under our 15-day warranty: Cartridges, Cartomizers, e-Liquid and clearance items.
Scratches and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
Items found to be misused or improperly used are not warranted.

Damage or Misuse
Items returned and found to be improperly used, improper care or damaged in any form will not be warranted.
Improper use or damage includes over-tightening a device. Batteries with nicks on the battery post from trying to pull the post back up will not be warranted.
Items not purchased at Vaping Xtreme and sent to us for warranty will not be warranted or returned.
Products shipped back to us and found to be misused or damaged or not purchased at Vaping Xtreme will not be warranted and will not be shipped back unless requested. If requested, a shipping fee will be incurred before shipment is made.

30-Day Warranty on the following items:
All 18650, 18350, 18500 and 14500 batteries
All e-cig batteries
Ovale products
All Mod Batteries
All chargers

Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Defective items.
Cartomizers, Clearomizers, Tanks, Atomizers and Clearance items (excluding e-Liquids) are only covered by our DOA warranty. DOA items must be reported to us via our website contact form within 72 hours of receiving them.

Compatibility
We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers.

Shipping Damage
Please see our shipping policy.
Shipping damage or lost packages are not covered under our warranty policy.
For this we offer shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for any damage or lost package incurred by the shipping/carrier company.
We are not responsible for late or delayed shipments directly or indirectly.

 Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
